1)This is a vigorous exercise program. Injury is possible. If you're unsure if you should participate, ask a doctor before starting and get cleared. If you start feeling pain...stop! and seek medical help. You agree that you're older than 18 years old and/or being enrolled by a legal guardian and that as an adult you are taking full responsibility for any injury, harm, death, or really really bad cramps that may happen while participating in this program. Since you're being such a responsible adult, you're agreeing to not sue or seek any kind of recourse from Jesse Judd, 212workout.com, Jesse James Judd Enterprises LLC, or any of its employees, affiliates, partners, pets, relatives, or neighbors...for any reason, ever.
2) This is a membership site with either a monthly or yearly recurring membership fee. By signing up you are agreeing to provide a valid credit card that will remain on file (through Paypal, we do not keep that information) and that card will be charged either monthly or yearly based on the registration choice you make. You agree that you will keep 212workout.com updated with any changes to that credit card. If it's expiring, please send us a quick email with new info to email@example.com.
3) 212workout.com has a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the service we provide we'll gladly refund your full amount paid within 30 days of enrollment. After 30 days there are no refunds for any reason. HOWEVER, since you are NOT signing a contract you are welcome to cancel your membership at any time for any reason no questions asked. OK, we'll likely ask WHY you'd ever want to leave, just so we can never make that same mistake again, but we will NOT give you a hard time or beg you to stay. Although we'll really really want to.
